Our expert trainers work with women of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes to fitness newbies to women who just want to live a healthier lifestyle.
In addition, they have the education, certifications and experience to work with cardiac rehab patients, rehab & recovery, and the significantly obese, as well as Couch-to-5K and triathlon preparation.
Our team can work with your physician or physical therapist to orient you into the gym and create an individualized program to ensure successful recovery or goal achievement!

Yoga / Barre
Trainer: Daniela Kulik
Sessions with Daniela are specialized for those that want to stay active and healthy, but are not comfortable in a large group fitness setting.
Daniela's philosophy is that every individual is unique, and she encourages clients to let go of concerns and try different yoga poses and movements in a welcoming environment.
Her program moves clients through a complete series of seated and/or standing poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and guided relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. These training sessions are suitable for nearly every fitness level.
