Working out is hard—even before you hit the gym. Sometimes the best intentions, like setting an early alarm or packing sneakers in your work bag, won't be enough to get you excited about the workout session you've got planned. We understand that staying motivated can be difficult, which is why we launched Thrive CONNECTS.

Thrive CONNECTS is a complimentary offering that pairs you with an accountability buddy who has similar fitness goals and challenges.

Whether it’s sharing healthy recipes, meeting up for a class, or checking in to make sure you are both staying on track, Thrive CONNECTS offers the partnerships to push you along the path you’ve already started walking down.

Chair Barre & Yoga

Thursdays: 2-3:00pm
Members: $25/month
Non-members: $50/month

This monthly program is designed for those that need a little bit of extra support and care. With no up and down on a mat, this therapeutic program is helpful for those recovering from an injury or those who have not worked out for a while but want to get moving again. It’s gentle, but it’s a workout.

Each class consists of:

Simple breathing techniques
Seated warm-up
Gentle full body stretching
Seated cool-down
Guided meditation and relaxation
Lots of support

Ballet 101

March 6 - April 10
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30pm
Members: $90 / Non-members: $120

Taught by the amazing Kelley Atlee!

This special 6-week series is the perfect compliment for current Barre students, as well as those who are new to Barre.

This class will cover basic ballet technique and fundamental focusing on proper posture/spinal alignment, port de bras (movement of the upper body), sustained abdominal engagement and balance, accurate placement of the hips, knees and ankles as well as an emphasis on foot strength and articulation. Students will learn how to move their body with focus, precision and strength, enabling a complete athletic, mindful experiencfrom

Children’s Yoga

February 5 - March 19, 2019
(No class on Feb 26)
Tuesdays from 4:15 - 5:00pm
Full Series: $60 / Single Class: $15

Instructor:
Christina Newman

This playful 6-week program encourages self-expression and building social skills while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner poses, and yoga games. Class is 45 minutes. Designed for boys and girls, K - 2nd grade.
