Chair Barre & Yoga

Thursdays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Members: $25/month
Non-members: $50/month

This monthly program is designed for those that need a little bit of extra support and care. With no up and down on a mat, this therapeutic program is helpful for those recovering from an injury or those who have not worked out for a while but want to get moving again. It’s gentle, but it’s a workout.


Restorative Yoga

Sundays: April 28, May 12, June 23, July 28
5:00pm - 6:30pm
Members: $20 per class
Non-Members: $25 per class

Restorative Yoga is a practice to relax your body, calm your mind, and open your heart. It is a journey of self-exploration and close and tender attention to yourself. You will be guided on how to tune inward and relax into a state of openness, ease and clarity. You will set yourself up and lay in 4-6 poses, supported by props - blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps...


Ballet 101

May 1 - June 5, 2019
Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30pm
Members: $90 / Non-members: $120

Instructor: Kelley Atlee

Ballet 101 will cover basic ballet technique and fundamental focusing on proper posture/spinal alignment, port de bras, sustained abdominal engagement and balance, accurate placement of the hips, knees and ankles as well as an emphasis on foot strength and articulation.


children’s POUND

May 17 - June 21, 2019
Fridays @ 4 - 5pm

Full Series (6 sessions): $60 / Single Class: $15

GENERATION POUND® (Children’s POUND) is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive Activities, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT—ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness. Perfect for ages 5-12.
