Transformation Challenge!

January 14 - April 14, 2019
Members: $399 / Non-members: $599

New Year's goals? Join NASM certified personal trainer Kiira Harvey for the Transformation Challenge!

This 12-week program is designed to identify areas that are holding you back and mindset patterns that are keeping you stuck. All who join receive a private consult with Kiira to address individual needs and create a pathway for success. Small group fitness classes will incorporate strength, cardio, and yoga.

With monthly progress check-ins, a private Facebook group for accountability, and a beautiful community of women working together, there’s no healthier, happier way to start the New Year! Also included: a journal, a nutrition workshop, a kickoff meeting, and wrap up celebration!

Golden Girls Chair & Barre Fitness

January 17 - February 21, 2019
Members: $30 / Non-members: $60

Our amazing Daniela Kulik is offering a 6-week chair yoga and barre series on Thursdays from 2:00-3:00pm!

The program is designed for those that need a little bit of extra support and care. With no up and down on a mat, this therapeutic program is helpful for those recovering from an injury or those who have not worked out for a while but want to get moving again. It’s gentle, but it’s a workout.

Each class consists of:

Simple breathing techniques
Seated warm-up
Gentle full body stretching
Seated cool-down
Guided meditation and relaxation
Lots of support

Children’s Yoga

February 5 - March 19, 2019
(No class on Feb 26)
Tuesdays from 4:15 - 5:00pm
Full Series: $60 / Single Class: $15

Instructor:
Christina Newman

This playful 6-week program encourages self-expression and building social skills while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner poses, and yoga games. Class is 45 minutes. Designed for boys and girls, K - 2nd grade.
