It’s time for MINDFUL EATING!

MINDFUL EATING is a 4-week program for YOU. We will cover the basics of nutrition, proper fuel for fitness performance, & common roadblocks to sustained energy. Together we will learn techniques for staying mindful so we can make healthy choices for our bodies that nourish us for LIFE. No fads, no crash diets, just simple sustainable habits that will serve to provide you with the energy to live your best life.

We understand that staying motivated can be difficult, which is why we launched Thrive CONNECTS. This complimentary offering pairs you with an accountability buddy who has similar fitness goals and challenges. Chair Barre & Yoga

Thursdays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Members: $25/month
Non-members: $50/month

This monthly program is designed for those that need a little bit of extra support and care. With no up and down on a mat, this therapeutic program is helpful for those recovering from an injury or those who have not worked out for a while but want to get moving again. It’s gentle, but it’s a workout.
