MINDFUL EATING is a 4-week program for YOU. We will cover the basics of nutrition, proper fuel for fitness performance, & common roadblocks to sustained energy. Together we will learn techniques for staying mindful so we can make healthy choices for our bodies that nourish us for LIFE. No fads, no crash diets, just simple sustainable habits that will serve to provide you with the energy to live your best life.
