Pamela is a fitness instructor and certified personal and small group trainer. She teaches various classes at Thrive, many of which are interval-based and modifiable such that each participant can work at her own pace. Pamela created Thrive’s Athletic Circuit Training (ACT) class, and has helped run Thrive’s Small Group Training (SGT) program.
She pulls from her vast experience as an athlete, fitness enthusiast, as well as her cardio kickboxing and cycling teaching experiences. Many of her classes incorporate body-weight movements, strength movements, core conditioning, and more.
