Kim Motter-McCaffrey currently teaches Pilates and Shape Your Body at Thrive. She has been an instructor at Thrive since 2015 and is passionate about fitness, nutrition, health and wellness.
Kim offers a supportive approach for women who want to try her classes. “I want our members to be confident to try any class, because movement can be modified,” she says. “I want to help that member who is new to a gym and new to group fitness be comfortable and learn to love being a member of a wonderful fitness community.”
Kim is certified in Stott Pilates, Spin, Body Pump, Body Vive and Body Flow. She has also completed ASFA group fitness instructor training. She has a BSW from Salem State and a CAS in Management and Administration from Harvard University.
She loves the culture at Thrive from owners to instructors to members. “Thrive is a community of like-minded individuals striving to achieve their personal goals,” she says. “I love being part of this special community of women.”
