Zumba is a feel-good workout, a dance fitness class that incorporates Latin rhythms, including salsa and merengue, as well as belly dancing and swing, just to name a few.
When you are dancing and having fun, it doesn’t feel like a normal workout. Zumba puts you right in the moment, and that is a wonderful thing.
