Caroline Blonski

Caroline loves leading others to enjoy the benefits of exercise as she sees it—feeling your best to get the most out of life.

The Brentwood mother of three has been teaching group classes at Thrive since 2006, and has offered personal training since 2014.

Caroline is Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer, and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

As a trainer, Caroline develops a safe experience for each participant by creating uplifting and appropriate exercises and movement, demonstrating and supervising correct body mechanics and correct use of exercise equipment.

She has published articles on wellness and exercise, working alongside physicians.

Caroline is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and the University of Ulster in Belfast, N. Ireland. She volunteers as a Wellness Educator and mentor at New Hampshire State Prison for Women.

She loves the culture at Thrive. “Thrive will always be my ‘home away from home.’ It is a place of serenity that has brought out the best in me and I hope that I have brought that same gift to everyone I work with.”
